GEF Seniors Housing - Request for Proposal - Make-Up Air Unit Replacement - Meadowlark Place Lodge

Meadowlark Place Lodge is a single-storey building with 58 units, including six mobility-accessible units, located at 8609 - 161 Street, Edmonton, AB T5R 5X9. This project involves the complete removal and replacement of the existing rooftop make-up air (MUA) units. GEF Seniors Housing has engaged TWS Engineering Ltd. to prepare the project specifications and drawings (attached). The intent is to deliver a turn-key solution, including all associated labour, supervision, materials, equipment, and coordination necessary for the successful completion of the MUA unit modernization. The successful contractor shall act as the Prime Contractor and assumes all responsibilities accordingly.
