This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Clearwater County (the “County”) to prospective proponents to submit a non-binding proposal for the cable installation, splicing and testing of Fibre to the Home (“FTTH”) network described in Section C.1 of the Appendix C – Scope of Work.
