Forestry and Parks - Request for Proposal - Graham Wash House Replacement

The Province invites formal written proposals for a 24’ wide x 32’ long wash house, to be located at the Graham Fire Base. The building is to be comprised of two (2) 12’ x 32’ modules, complexed together with a gable roof over the entire structure; with two (2) 8’ wide x 5’ deep decks attached with one (1) set of stairs on each, one at each end of the building. Proposals must be complete with specifications, floor plan, plumbing, electrical, construction and elevation drawings, as well as pile layout requirements for the building. The wash house must be completed, delivered, setup and commissioned by March 31, 2026. Graham Fire Base Location Legal Land Description: 4-35-68-6-W6 GPS coordinates: 54.926199, -118.808113 Graham Fire Base is located 26km South of Grande Prairie on Hwy 40 to Twp Rd 690. 2.4km West to Weyerhaeuser Rd.
