MacEwan University - Request for Quotes - Supply and Service Theatre Lighting Consoles

This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by MacEwan University (the “University”) to prospective respondents to submit quotations for Lighting Consoles Replacement, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The lighting consoles currently installed in CCC rooms 11-130J, 11-240, and 11-011 have reached the end of their operational lifecycle and are increasingly unreliable. These legacy units are exhibiting performance degradation that adversely affects operational efficiency and the quality of client service delivery. In several instances, manufacturer support has been discontinued, resulting in limited access to technical assistance and replacement components. To address these challenges, the procurement of modern lighting consoles is proposed. Upgrading to current-generation equipment will enhance system reliability, ensure compatibility with contemporary software platforms, and provide improved functionality. This replacement is critical to maintaining service standards, minimizing operational disruptions, and supporting the evolving technical requirements of CCC’s programming and client engagements.
