Description
The College Courts Townhouse Residence comprises a total of 9 buildings in two blocks (4 buildings in the West (Block 1) and 5 buildings in the East (Block 2)). The current budget has been approved to reroof an estimated four (at minimum) of the 9. The work needs to commence in May 2026 for the West Block (Block I) shown in the Appendices of this RFP.
