City of Lloydminster - Pre-qualification Request - Contractor Pre-Qualification Questionnaire

The City of Lloydminster (City) wishes to carry out a pre-qualification process for Contractors who will be invited to bid on the City’s various Capital Projects. The City’s Capital Projects which may be issued to the pre-qualified Contractors list may include, but will not be limited to, deep utility infrastructure replacements and installation, and roadway construction and rehabilitation. The following projects are typical programs completed each year, pending Council approval, as well as carryforward projects from the 2025 Capital Budget: • Street Improvement Program • 44 Street Ditch and Roadway Widening • Central Business District Replacement Program – Phase 1B • Watermain Improvement Program • Water and Sewer Replacement Program
