Town of Strathmore - Request for Proposal - East Calgary Regional Waterline (ECRW) Pipeline Assessment

The Town is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to identify and evaluate technologies capable of assessing the current condition of the water transmission pipeline. The objective is to determine the most cost-effective methods, whether utilized individually, in combination, or through alternative approaches to evaluate the pipeline integrity and support long term asset management planning. Proponents must clearly describe the assessment technologies and methodologies they propose, including any innovative approaches that enhances value, accuracy, or operational efficiency.
