1. This RFQ is open to prequalified suppliers. 2. Calgary Transit is seeking a pre-qualified supplier who can provide mechanical, electrical and structural replacement of MUA 13 & MUA 15, and supply and install of MUA 13A. 3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. 4. The scheduled operational date is 2026/09/01.
