Keyano College - Request for Proposal - Enterprise Service Management (ESM) Solution

Keyano College is issuing an RFP to evaluate and select an Enterprise Service Management (ESM) solution that will support multiple operational departments, with the ability to expand across the institution. The project will assess available ESM platforms for capabilities such as service catalogue management, workflow automation, ticketing, forms, approvals, asset management, knowledge base, reporting, and integrations. The goal is to implement a modern, scalable, and unified service management system that improves service delivery, reduces manual work, and enhances the experience for students, staff, and stakeholders.
