    Description
    The City of Medicine Hat is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a comprehensive Agenda Management System (AMS) to replace the existing OnBase solution. This system will support the City Clerk’s Office and Executive Assistants in preparing, managing, and publishing agendas and minutes for Council and Committee meetings. The AMS will ensure continuity of legislative processes, improve efficiency, and enable the decommissioning of OnBase.

    The estimated contract period will be 24 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2026/02/24.
