Grande Spirit Foundation - Invitation to Bid - Dieppe Manor – Air Conditioning Upgrade (Common Areas & Hallways)

Nature and Scope of the Opportunity The Alberta Social Housing Corporation (ASHC), through its Management Body, Grande Spirit Foundation, is seeking competitive bids for a stipulated fixed-price contract to complete an air conditioning upgrade to the common areas and hallways at Dieppe Manor, located at 9428-121 Avenue, Grande Prairie, Alberta. The Work includes the supply, installation, electrical connection, controls integration, testing, and commissioning of air conditioning equipment by modifying the existing Make-Up Air Unit (MUA) system to provide cooling to common areas and hallways. All labour, materials, equipment, permits, supervision, and incidentals required to complete the Work are to be included in the bid price, as detailed in Schedule B – Description of Work. This opportunity is issued as an Invitation to Bid (ITB) and will be evaluated on a lowest compliant bid basis in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and General Conditions of Contract. A pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, January 22, 2026 at 10:00 AM (Alberta Time) at Dieppe Manor. Attendance is strongly recommended. Any information provided at the pre-bid meeting is non-binding unless issued by formal addendum (Pre-Bid Meeting section). Bidders must submit a completed Bid and Contract Form, Schedule A – Contract Pricing Breakdown, and all mandatory documents identified in the Bid Submittal Checklist by the specified bid closing date and time. Bids must be submitted electronically to the email address identified in Section 2 – Bid Submission of the Bid and Contract Form. Late submissions will not be accepted. No options or alternates are being requested. Work within individual residential suites is excluded.
