Opportunity Description Grande Spirit Foundation, on behalf of Alberta Social Housing Corporation (ASHC), is inviting bids for the Upgrade Boilers project at Sunshine Plaza in La Glace, Alberta. The Work includes removal of existing boiler equipment and the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a new high-efficiency boiler system, including associated mechanical and electrical connections, permits, and close-out documentation, in accordance with the Bid & Contract Package. Scope of Work (Summary) The Work includes, but is not limited to: Review of existing boiler room conditions Removal and disposal of existing boiler equipment Supply and installation of new high-efficiency boiler system Mechanical and electrical integration with existing systems Phasing of Work to maintain heating service where practicable Testing, commissioning, start-up, and staff orientation Permits, inspections, and regulatory compliance Documentation, warranty, and close-out Refer to Schedule “B” – Description of Work for full details.
