NorQuest College is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a new Web Content Management System (CMS) along with comprehensive content migration services. The College’s current CMS platform is approaching end‑of‑life, creating operational, security, and sustainability risks. Through this RFP, NorQuest aims to transition to a modern, reliable, and scalable CMS solution that supports its public‑facing websites, improves content governance and publishing efficiency, enables integrations with enterprise systems, enhances accessibility and brand consistency, and facilitates the smooth migration of existing web content.
