The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from proponents to enter into an agreement with the City of Spruce Grove to provide engineering, design, tendering, and construction management & inspection services for the 2026 Surface Rehabilitation – Century Road
The City intends to find an engineering consultant with experience in urban design, construction surveying, inspection, and construction management of underground utilities and surface infrastructure rehabilitation
