Grande Spirit Foundation - Request for Proposal - GSF-25-003-A – RFP – Automatic Door Operator Upgrades (Public Washrooms & Laundry Rooms)

Nature and Scope of the Opportunity Grande Spirit Foundation is seeking proposals from qualified suppliers for the supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and warranty of commercial-grade automatic door operators at multiple senior housing facilities (see Section 2 – Scope of Work and Appendix A – Site List). The work includes automatic door operators for public washrooms and laundry rooms, across multiple sites with varying door materials (wood and steel) and conditions. Pricing is to be submitted on a per-door basis in accordance with Appendix C – Pricing Schedule (Mandatory). No lump-sum pricing will be accepted. Attendance at a mandatory site visit is a condition of proposal compliance (refer to Section 3 – Mandatory Site Visit and Appendix D – Mandatory Site Visit Information). Proponents are responsible for verifying site conditions during the site visit. A Draft Bid & Contract Package is included for reference only (Appendix B) to allow proponents to review contract terms in advance. Execution of the final contract and submission of insurance, WCB clearance, and other post-award requirements will be required from the successful proponent prior to commencement of work. Proposals must be submitted electronically in accordance with the submission instructions outlined in Section 4 – Proposal Submission Requirements of the RFP.
