City of St. Albert - Negotiated Request for Proposal - Janitorial Services for Transit Buildings, Buses and Bus Shelters

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Janitorial Services at Transit Buildings, Buses, and Bus Shelters as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The City of St. Albert is looking for an experienced contractor who will provide janitorial services for their transit facilities. The buildings included are one transit office/garage building, one transit transfer station, transit washroom, two heated bus shelters, thirty-six bus shelters and sixty-nine buses.
