    Description
    This Request for Information (RFI) is issued by the County of Grande Prairie No. 1 for the purpose of gathering information about commercially available Meeting Management Software solutions capable of supporting Council, Committee, and related municipal meetings. This RFI is exploratory in nature and intended to help the County better understand the capabilities, costs, technology requirements, and industry best practices associated with modern meeting management systems. If the County proceeds to a competitive procurement, all RFI respondents will be notified and invited to submit a bid to any subsequent RFP; participation in this RFI does not prequalify a supplier or confer any advantage. The information obtained will be used to assess current capabilities and inform future procurement processes.
