Elk Island Catholic Separate School Division - Request for Qualification - Boiler and Hot Water Tank Replacement Project at St. Martin Catholic School, Vegreville, AB

Elk Island Catholic Schools is looking to replace the boiler system and domestic hot water supply system at St Martin School in Vegreville, AB. The school has operated since 1907, and has seen several expansions and renovations. The current heating systems have come to the end of their service life. Both systems will be replaced by a single new boiler plant complete with new primary and secondary pumps, expansion tanks, hydronic trim, interconnecting piping, and DDC controls. The current domestic water heating systems have come to the end of their service life. Both systems will be replaced by a single new domestic water heating plant complete with new recirculation pumps and interconnecting piping. The Owner will retain an environmental engineer and abatement contractor to remove hazardous material independently and in advance of the mechanical work. Project contract documents are in review and will be ready for pricing by the time this procurement phase is concluded. Please refer to attached RFQ document for more details.
