Grande Spirit Foundation - Invitation to Bid - Invitation to Bid – Aurora Court Boiler Upgrade

Grande Spirit Foundation, on behalf of Alberta Social Housing Corporation (ASHC), is inviting bids from qualified mechanical contractors for the upgrade of the boiler system at Aurora Court, a two-storey residential building totaling approximately 1,615 m² (17,383 sq. ft.). The Work includes: Removal of existing boiler equipment Supply and installation of two (2) high-efficiency condensing boilers Venting modifications Hydronic piping modifications Gas line verification and modification as required Electrical tie-ins and control integration Condensate management Commissioning and staff training This project will be awarded on a stipulated fixed price basis in accordance with the attached Bid & Contract Package. All work must comply with applicable Alberta boiler, gas, building, plumbing, and electrical codes.
