Epcor - Negotiated Request for Proposal - Electricity and Natural Gas Power Purchase for EPCOR Harmony Inc.

EPCOR intends to enter into one or two contract agreements, if required, for power and natural gas supply with one or two providers. As outlined in Section 2 of Appendix 1 (Information), the purpose of this NRFP is to shortlist and pre‑qualify Proponents who, in EPCOR’s sole opinion, are capable of delivering the Work described in Appendix 1 (Information) for the Owner Sites. Proponents are to submit indicative pricing in their Replies that reflects market conditions as of the Indicative Pricing Date identified in Section 9 of Appendix 1 (Information). This indicative pricing will be considered during the evaluation and shortlisting stage. Following evaluation, EPCOR will shortlist the top Proponents and proceed to negotiate pricing and contractual terms and conditions with those Proponents as part of the final phase of the power and natural gas contracting process. Upon completion of negotiations, EPCOR will request final pricing from the shortlisted Proponents on the Final Pricing Date. Final pricing will be evaluated on that date as part of the Final Selection Criteria (see Section 4.3). EPCOR will award and execute the applicable Contract(s) on the Final Pricing Date with the Successful Proponent. The final price submitted on the Final Pricing Date, if accepted, will be the price incorporated into the Contract.
