Town of Cochrane - Request for Proposal - Council Chambers AV Systems Upgrade

Ideally located between the city of Calgary and the Rocky Mountains, Cochrane is a community of choice. For the past number of years, we have been one of the fastest growing communities not just in Alberta, but also within Canada. And our future growth looks just as promising. With a population just shy of 40,000, Cochrane’s growth brings many exciting opportunities, but it brings challenges too. Provide professional audiovisual (AV), meeting technology, and systems integration services to design, supply, install, integrate, test, and commission upgraded technology in the Town’s Council Chambers. The upgrade will support accessible public participation, hybrid Council meetings, and modernized in-room functionality for Council, staff, and the public.
