Infrastructure - Invitation to Bid - GNCH MDRD – TP2a

Aman Builders Inc. on behalf of Alberta Infrastructure Tender Package 2a includes the provision of a complete Modular Sterile Processing Department (MSPD) trailer system to support hospital operations during a phased redevelopment program of the MDRD. The MSPD trailer will provide interim sterile processing capacity and must be delivered as a fully functional, operational system in accordance with the Contract Documents. The scope includes design assistance, fabrication of the modular trailer and integrated clinical infrastructure, factory acceptance testing, supply and delivery to site, placement coordination, commissioning and start-up support, submission of operation and maintenance documentation, training of Owner personnel, and warranty services for the specified term. The Vendor will coordinate with the Owner, Construction Manager (CMAR), user groups, and clinical stakeholders to confirm workflow requirements, operational constraints, and technical interfaces necessary for integration with architectural, mechanical, electrical, and communications systems.
