RFT 2026-07 PAVEMENT CRACK SEALING Clear Hills County is seeking request for tender to complete Hot Pour Crack Sealing for approximately 48.5 km of pavement as follows: 1. Clear Prairie Road: approximately 14.5 km 2. Eureka River Road: approximately 30 km 3. Hamlet of Cleardale: approximately 2 km 4. Hamlet of Worsley: approximately 0.5 km 5. Village of Hines Creek Access: approximately 1.5 km **See Schedule A – Location Map** Location Descriptions: 1. Whispering Pines Ski Hill Access Road West on the Clear Prairie Road to Range Road 104. 2. Township Road 870 East from Range Road 80 to Range Road 70, South on Range Road 70 to Township Road 862, and East on Township Road 862 to Range Road 54. 3. Cleardale Drive South of Highway 64 to Range Road 102. 4. Alberta Ave West from Range Road 80 to Highway 726, and North Street North of Alberta Ave to the Worsley Water Treatment Plant. 5. Hines Creek North access, Range Road 45, from Highway 64 to Highway 685. Requesting price per kilometer of Hot Pour Sealing for the listed locations as well as price per meter for any additional work Start Date: As early in May as weather permits. Completion Date: Crack sealing must be completed by June 1, 2026. Bidders will be required to provide: 1. Proof of valid insurance 2. Alberta WCB clearance included in the sealed quote. 3.
