City of Edmonton - Negotiated Request for Proposal - 938884 Strategic Technology and Financial Advisory Services

The City of Edmonton (the “City”) invites bidders to submit bids for this Sourcing Event. The Contract involves a broad range of services, including but not limited to, up-to-date research on: digital advisory, IT market landscapes and vendor identification, and pricing estimates and evaluations. Strategic research, insights, advice and tools that support initiatives in budgeting, and comprehensive industry best practices and jurisdictional trends. The Work to be performed by the successful bidder is outlined in the Description of Work document attached to the Form of Agreement Section in the SAP Ariba platform. Intended term of Contract: The initial Term of the Contract is five years, starting June 4, 2026. In its sole discretion, the City may extend the Term on the same terms and conditions for up to five additional years. The length of any extensions is at the City’s sole discretion. It is the City's intention to enter into the Contract with only one bidder.
