Strathcona County - Request for Proposal - RFP #26.0023 Chassis and Sander Refurbishment

RFP documents should be obtained from the Euna portal at https://strathcona.bonfirehub.ca. This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Strathcona County (the “County”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Chassis and Sander Refurbishment, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”). The County is seeking the services of a licensed garage with Journeymen Heavy Equipment Technician(s) experienced in servicing Freightliner chassis and Henderson sander truck bodies (refer to section 3.(d) of Schedule “C” of the Agreement (Attachment 1). The successful proponent will provide all labour, Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts, materials and technical expertise required to refurbish one (1) County Sander Truck. Interested proponents may attend an optional site visit to review the current condition of the sander truck. Please refer to Optional Site Visit in Part 1 of the RFP for additional details. The County requires that proponents confirm their attendance in advance of the site visit.
