The City of Medicine Hat is inviting qualified suppliers to submit a proposal for the Supply and
Delivery of Swimming Pool Chemicals. These chemicals are required to support the
maintenance and operation of both indoor and outdoor municipal swimming facilities.
Suppliers must provide high-quality, industry-standard chemicals that comply with all applicable
safety, handling, transportation, and regulatory requirements to ensure the safe and efficient
operation of aquatic facilities.
The term of the contract is to be for a period of one (1) year, with an option in favour of the City
to extend the contract on the same terms and conditions annually for an additional four (4) years.
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 12 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2026/04/13.
