Arrow Utilities - Request for Proposal - Uniform Rental and Laundering Services

ARROW is seeking a reliable and experienced service provider capable of delivering high-quality safety garments and related rental items in a timely, consistent, and cost-effective manner. The successful proponent will demonstrate the capacity, experience, and resources necessary to meet ARROW’s operational requirements and service standards. Proponents are expected to demonstrate relevant experience providing similar services to organizations of comparable or larger size and complexity. Proposals should include references from current or recent clients confirming satisfactory performance, service quality, and reliability. All proponents will be evaluated fairly and consistently in accordance with the criteria outlined in this RFP. ARROW currently employs approximately 70 personnel, including operators, tradespeople, engineers, laboratory technicians, and administrative staff. Of these, approximately 40 employees are required to wear safety and high-visibility workwear as part of their daily work attire. These items include lab coats, coveralls, overalls (bibs), fire retardant coveralls and bibs, and jackets.
