Northwestern Polytechnic - Negotiated Request for Proposal - Project Management

NWP invites qualified proponents to submit proposals for Project Management services for the project titled "Strengthening SME Workforce Resilience and Operational Productivity in a Changing Trade Landscape." This project is funded through the Government of Alberta’s Labour Market Partnerships (LMP) program and will be led by NWP’s Side Centre for Entrepreneurial Excellence in collaboration with the Grande Prairie & District Chamber of Commerce and Community Futures Grande Prairie & Region. The successful proponent will serve as the contracted Project Manager responsible for managing research logistics, partner coordination, session delivery, SME intake, cohort implementation tracking, workforce metric collection, and reporting requirements over an approximately 24-month project term (April 2026 – March 2028).
