University of Alberta - Pre-qualification Request - Pre-Qualified List for Electrical Construction Services

The University of Alberta (“University”) is inviting Responses from Respondents with demonstrated experience in electrical construction services to submit a Response for Pre-Qualification for electrical construction services at the University of Alberta (University). The University intends to select up to five (5) Contractors each for Category Level 1, 2 and 3 arising out of this RFPQ for placement on a Pre-Qualified List (PQL) based on the Evaluation Criteria identified in Attachment 1 with an effective date of 1 June 2026 until 31 May 2029. Successful Respondents shall provide a broad range of quality, cost effective electrical construction services within the following facilities at the University: Classroom, administration, office buildings and facilities and social spaces; Lab/research buildings & facilities; and Other specialized buildings and other work.
