The intent of this Request for Pre-Qualification (RFPQ) is to solicit Proposals, in the format detailed in this document, from any Proponent interested in an opportunity to be part of a pre-qualified list of Proponents for future projects with the Board. Once selected, the Pre-Qualified Contractors will be invited to bid on Statement of Work (SOW) issued by the Board.
