Assisted Living and Social Services - Request for Proposal - Career and Employment Information Services (CEIS) - Smaller Urban and Rural Areas (SURA) around the Metro Center (Calgary) - Bow Valley

This Request for Proposals (RFP) is to purchase CEIS for Assisted Living and Social Services (ALSS) Smaller Urban and Rural Area around the Metro Center (Calgary) – Bow Valley. The mandatory services will include Assessments, Career Consulting, Delivery Events, Disability Employment Services, Employer Services, Exposure Courses, Individual Plan, a Resource Centre, Service Navigation, Workforce Development and Workshops. Job Placement (JP) is a desirable element. Proponents must include the delivery of CEIS in their Proposals which will form the Mandatory and Desirable Requirement Services of the Contract. Although not a mandatory component of the RFP, Proponents will also be encouraged to include the delivery of Job Placement in their Proposals, as Job Seeker job success is a key component of the RFP. As a result of this distinct element, Proponents will be asked to include a separate budget (or budget lines) in their Proposals for Job Placement.
