Town of Sylvan Lake - Invitation to Bid - CP2415 Pogadl Park to Broadway Rise Watermain CP2413 Sanitary Trunk Main (Servicing South Annexed Lands) and CP2601 Pogadl Park Temporary Paved Road

The Town of Sylvan Lake is seeking submissions from qualified contractors for the 2024 Capital Projects – Water & Wastewater. The project includes, but not limited to the following: • CP2415 Construction of a new water distribution main (approximately 1,800 lin.m); • CP2413 Construction of a new sanitary sewer main (deep; approximately 400 lin.m); • CP2601 Paving of Memorial Trail from 60th Street to the Podagl Park Campground Access (approximately 6,500 sq.m); and • Other related works Proponents shall obtain the bid package exclusively from the Town’s procurement website (https://sylvanlake.bidsandtenders.ca) on or after Thursday, March 26, 2026. Pretender meeting and site visit (both optional) are scheduled for 1:00pm Mountain Time on Wednesday, August 8, 2026 at the Municipal Government Building, 5012 48 Avenue. Submissions must be provided electronically at the Town’s procurement website.
