Thorhild County (“the County”) seeks proposals from all interested parties for the following:
To review the draft Land Use Bylaw, dated March 16, 2026 and existing Land Use Bylaw 1194-2015 in order to have a final draft Land Use Bylaw (“the Project”).

Proposals are to include a list of qualifications, experience on similar projects and a general description as to how the Proponent will handle the Project. It is the Proponent’s responsibility to identify any inability to meet the requirements specified in this RFP.
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 10 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2026/05/21.
