Westlock County - Request for Proposal - North Sky Business Park Expansion - Master Servicing Plan

Westlock County is seeking proposals from qualified engineering consulting firms to prepare a Master Servicing Plan (MSP) for the expansion of the North Sky Business Park. The purpose of this assignment is to establish a technically sound and financially feasible servicing strategy to support future industrial development. The MSP will evaluate existing infrastructure, identify servicing constraints, and recommend required upgrades to support full build-out of the expansion area. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, existing conditions review, development of servicing strategies (water, wastewater, stormwater, and transportation), identification of system capacity limitations, infrastructure phasing, and preparation of cost estimates.
