Forestry and Parks - Advanced Contract Award Notice / Notice of Proposed Procurement - Brunswick/Boston Whaler Guardian 170 and 210 Patrol Boats

Please Refer to the attached NPP Document Request for Quotes (RFQ) PS-2024-09518 was posted on the Alberta Purchasing Connection (APC) on November 15, 2024 for the supply of three (3) Boston Whaler 170 Guardian Patrol Boats and three (3) Boston Whaler 210 Guardian Patrol Boats. The solicitation was based on brand-specific technical requirements and included the following condition: “The Goods acquired under this Purchase Agreement are the standard for the Purchaser until March 31, 2028. The Purchaser may terminate the standard at any time.” The RFQ closed on November 27, 2024, and M&P Mercury Sales Ltd. was identified as the successful respondent. Accordingly, the awarded Goods are established as the standard for the Purchaser until March 31, 2028.
