The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from qualified contractors to provide HVAC maintenance services for Silvera For Seniors.
Silvera is seeking a proactive service provider capable of implementing best practices and managing HVAC services cost effectively across thirty-seven (37) properties in Calgary. The successful proponent will be considered for inclusion in a Preferred Vendor Program, with an anticipated agreement term of three (3) years, plus one (1) optional renewal year. Services include quarterly and annual HVAC inspections in accordance with McCuaig’s HVAC Equipment Maintenance Program, as outlined in Section 3 – SCOPE OF WORK.
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 36 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2026/06/01.
