    FMWBEDT requires the successful Proponent to complete a comprehensive Regional Industrial Land & Infrastructure Feasibility Study that provides clear, evidence-based recommendations to support industrial land development and investment attraction in Fort McMurray Wood Buffalo. The study must move beyond high-level analysis and deliver actionable, decision-ready outputs, including identification of priority sites and a defined pathway to advance at least one site toward development readiness.
