Description
The Province requires the services of a contractor with roof restoration and hazardous material abatement experience to repair and encapsulate selected roofs at the Turner Valley Gas Plant, Diamond Valley. Each roof is unique in size, exterior infrastructure (catwalks, pipes, base of stacks, etc.), and restoration levels required. The scope of work includes the conservation and encapsulation of metal roofs at the site through the repair of localized holes and the application of a combination of clear coatings and coloured paint (silver) to encapsulate existing lead paint on roofs and associated exterior infrastructure. Six buildings have been selected based on overall condition, urgency, and project scheduling requirements.

The estimated contract period will be 7 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2026/06/15.
