The purpose of this Request for Proposals process is to select a vendor for:
Foothills County will require a high float, medium-setting, low distillate emulsified asphalt for its permanent Dust Control/Road Oil program in 2026.
Approximately 1.5million litres is required for the upcoming season.

The estimated contract period will be 7 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2026/05/11.
