City of St. Albert - Request for Proposal - Riel and Gardens Sewer and Water Rehabilitation - Construction

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the “City”) to prospective proponents (contractors) to submit proposals for Wastewater Pipe Rehabilitation, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The City is looking to rehabilitate some sections of the existing sanitary sewer system along Riel Drive and install new sanitary and watermain within the Gardens Neighbourhood. This work includes but is not limited to: removal and replacement of existing sewers and watermains, rehabilitating and replacing of sanitary sewer manholes, bypass pumping, traffic accommodation and surface restoration.
