Description
The work consists of full road width micro-surfacing of 52 Avenue from 42 Street to 37 Street and doesn’t include the intersection of 42 Street and 52 Avenue.
Scope to include but not limited to:
• Comprehensive material mix design
• Mobilization/Demobilization
• Traffic control
• Preparation of existing surface (dust, vegetation, etc.)
• Materials: including Type III Micro - Surfacing aggregate, emulsion and cement
• Crew and equipment
• Protection and adjustment of all valves and manholes
The Contractor is responsible for all utility locates prior construction to ensure there are no conflicts with existing infrastructure and if a hydro-vac is required the Town will require 48hrs notice for coordination. The Town will cover all hydrovac costs.
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 2 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2026/04/27.
