City of Spruce Grove - Request for Proposal - Annual Residential Large Item Collection and Disposal Service

Spruce Grove provides annual curbside, large item collection and disposal service to its over 13,500 resident homes. A list of acceptable large items, found in Appendix A, can be placed curbside by residents and are collected and disposed of in coordination with the City. In order to facilitate this service, the City must procure a vendor with capabilities to collect and dispose large item material in a manner that demonstrates service excellence and environmental conscientiousness. The City of Spruce Grove (the “City”) invites experienced, service minded proponents to submit a proposal in response to this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) for Residential Large Item Collection and Disposal Services. This RFP is for a two (2) year services contract for 2026 & 2027.
