City of Calgary - Request for Proposal - RFP FFE05_Calgary Event Centre - Staging and Accessories

This RFP is open to all interested parties. CAA ICON, serving as the Development Manager on the Calgary Event Centre project, is requesting proposals for staging and accessories for the new Calgary Event Centre in Calgary, Alberta. The successful proponent will provide comprehensive procurement of staging and accessories for the Event Centre project, including, but not limited to, design, specification, procurement, shipment, storage, delivery, assembly and installation. Proponents may submit proposals for all staging and accessories items as listed in Exhibit I – Price Form, or for selected portions of the work as partial submissions will be accepted. However, proponents offering a comprehensive furniture service will be evaluated higher.
