In recent years, Beaumont has undertaken several digital transformation initiatives to modernize municipal services including replacing its ERP system with the Microsoft Dynamic 365 Business Central - SylogistGov Municipal Solution. The City is currently seeking information from the marketplace in order to assist in the determination of future purchasing options or requirements for banking services. For this Request for information, respondents are asked to provide the following information: Company Overview and Experience, Deposit Accounts, Payments, Security and Reporting, Online Payment Processing(eCommerce/Web Portals), Implementation, Support and Relationship Management.
