Description
University Campus Services is looking to implement a centralized system to track and manage deferred maintenance across the Campus Services’ building and parking portfolio. The portfolio includes 50 distinct buildings—ranging from single-family residences to multi-story towers—located on campus as well as approximately 30 buildings at the Botanic Gardens, totalling approximately 203,000 square meters (2,185,000 square feet). It also encompasses a diverse parking inventory of 33 lots and structures, including 8 surface non–plug-in lots, 17 surface plug-in lots, 4 above-ground structures, and 4 underground heated facilities, representing 8,716 stalls.
The University is inviting solution providers, who provide implementation and migration services, to submit Proposals to the University. It is our intent to issue a contract for up to five (5) years, with the possibility of annual renewals upon mutual agreement.
