Description
Increase the R value of the office area only, by installing an insulated exterior cladding system.
Repair metal flashing, repair or replace exterior soffits, replace shop louvers/screens and replace all exposed joint seals.
Paint existing metal cladding around the top of the building (shop area) to match new cladding around office
