    Description
    This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for 2026 Localized Storm Improvements, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The work involves surface drainage improvements to the Beaverbrook PUL and Beaverbrook Crescent to improve its overall function, and long‑term performance. Includes all work associated with the removal of asphalt surfaces and concrete infrastructure, the supply and installation of grading, base preparations, granular base courses, and asphalt paving associated to the roadway, and the supply and installation of concrete work (e.g. curb and gutter), remove and replacement of utility infrastructure and the supply and installation of proposed storm management infrastructure, landscape rehabilitation through the installation of topsoil and sod, the installation of riprap and geotextile, tree protection, and all landscaping requirements.

    The estimated contract period will be 6 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2026/06/01.
