Strathcona County - Negotiated Request for Proposal - RFP #26.0091 Functional Review of Community Safety Division

RFP documents should be obtained from the County’s electronic bidding portal (Euna Bonfire) portal at https://strathcona.bonfirehub.ca. This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Strathcona County (the “County”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Functional Review of Community Safety Division, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”). The County requires an experienced and qualified consulting firm to provide professional services to conduct a comprehensive review of the service delivery model and structure of the County’s Community Safety Division, within the Strathcona County Emergency Services (SCES) department. Goals of the review include identifying strengths and gaps in the service delivery model and identifying recommended changes to the organization of functions and services which enhance overall effectiveness and impact.
