The strategy will provide coordinated, community-informed guidance to help Canmore better plan, design, and activate winter environments while aligning municipal policies and operations with winter realities. The successful proponent will work closely with Town staff and community partners to deliver an actionable, forward-looking framework that supports year-round vibrancy and long-term operational and economic resilience.
