Description
ECSD is requesting submission from qualified and capable vendors for the provision, supply, delivery and placement of device charging carts and charging station equipment on an as needed basis. The scope of work is limited to supply only, and does not include installation, configuration, commissioning, or ongoing support services, unless explicitly stated otherwise. All supplied equipment must include full manufacturer warranty coverage, configuration information ( where applicable) , and complete manufacturer system documentation with each delivery. The ECSD invites proponents to submit a proposal in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Request for Standing Offer (“RSO”).
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 24 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2026/06/01.
